Security Summary: None of your sensitive financial information travels through our servers; we redirect all payments to a secure Paypal server. When you enter information into a form, it will be used only so that we may contact you regarding your interest in tennis lessons or your registration/payment for tennis lessons. It will not be given or sold to any third party.

What we don't do: For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server does not automatically recognize information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We do not set any cookies. We do not make the e-mail addresses of those who access our site available to any other organizations. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

What we do: We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and collect information volunteered by consumers (names, contact information, etc.). This information is used for our own internal marketing analysis, to schedule your lesson most appropriately (among players of a similar level or age, at a geographically convenient location, etc.), and to contact you at a later date to determine if you are interested in signing up for lessons again.

What a customer can do: Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by e-mailing us at the above address. Consumers can have this information removed or corrected by sending us e-mail at the above address. If you feel that this site is not following its stated information policy, you may contact us at the above addresses or phone number, state or local chapters of the Better Business Bureau, or state or local consumer protection office. If you do not wish to be contacted for marketing purposes after you stop taking lessons, please contact us at the email address above.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward.
